100% Duck Salami (5.5 oz). Angel's Salumi & Truffles was the first in the world to premiere Duck Salami. Certified Cage-Free, Antibiotic-Free, and Hormone-Free, our Duck Salami is prepared French-style with a rich flavor and seasoned with red wine and black peppercorn. It is fermented and then aged for two months in a dry room. Our duck salami contains a natural pork casing that is easily removable.

Artisanal salumi is always made with a natural pork or beef casing. This salami comes in an easily removable natural casing, showcasing the artisanal quality of our salumi.
