It has the Modena P.G.I. (Protected Geopgraphical Indication) certification. Modena vinegars have the reputation of being the best in the world.

It is aged in oak, chestnut, mulberry, acacia and cherry wood barrels that give its unique aroma. And no caramel is added to develop complex aromatic profiles thanks to slow aging. The barrels are passed down generations making them unique.

Everything is 100% hand-made by this 4 generations old family business.
