Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on any order over $90, except for perishable products like meat and butter.

Ship rates are shown during your checkout.

We only ship in the US.

 

Perishable Products

If your cart includes both non-perishable and perishable items, we will send two separate orders to reduce your shipping costs, and give you the possibility to get free shipping on your non-perishable products.

We ship perishable products with insulation and ice packs.

 

Caviar Orders

To ensure you receive it in top condition, we ship all caviar orders via express delivery, with insulation and ice packs. Please note that we ship from Monday to Thursday (Cutoff Time : 11AM PT) for 1-day delivery and Monday to Wednesday (Cutoff Time : 11AM PT) for 2-day delivery only, to avoid any weekend delays.

All orders containing caviar that are placed from Wednesday through Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

 

Butter Orders

To ensure you receive it in top condition, we ship all butter orders via express delivery, with insulation and ice packs. Please note that we ship from Monday to Thursday (Cutoff Time : 11AM PT) for 1-day delivery and Monday to Wednesday (Cutoff Time : 11AM PT) for 2-day delivery only, to avoid any weekend delays.

While we make every effort to get your butter to you swiftly, please don’t worry if your package experiences a slight delay. Most of our butters are salted, which means they are naturally stable and can safely remain at room temperature for short periods.

Salamis Orders

Chorizo, Toscano and Nostrano salamis are shelf stable and are shipped as non perishable products. If you live in a warm area, you might want them to be delivered in express shipping with ice packs. Please contact us if that is the case.

Duck and Truffle salamis are shipped with ice packs in express shipping. To avoid the risk of a two-day delivery, we recommend choosing the "Next Day" option for your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address for delivery. Since our products are temperature-sensitive, we use appropriate packing materials to keep them safe during transit. To maintain the quality of your order, we kindly ask that someone be available to receive the package upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address.

Our overnight and 2nd Day packages contain perishable, temperature-sensitive items. We recommend the recipient be available to receive the package, as the shipper may release it if no one is home. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items that are delivered but not opened, packages that are released without someone present, or items that spoil due to the recipient's absence. 

The French Pantry reserves the right, at its discretion, to fulfill deliveries directly rather than through the carrier selected at checkout. This substitution is considered a complimentary upgrade intended to ensure timeliness, reliability, and the proper handling of perishable goods.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier or by our delivery team. The French Pantry bears no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.


Please note that we can only ship to street addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, A.P.O.'s, or F.P.O.'s.
