The best butter Ive ever tasted. Ive been a chef/baker for 38 years, this is the real deal. The packaging was perfect and profesional. When i saw it had been delivered i raced home on my lunch break b/c i was afraid it’d melt. Not a chance. Wrapped with two frozen gel packs and 2 insulated containers. And overnight shipping was actually overnight. Can’t wait to buy more more.

This butter was served on the Ducasse sur Seine dinner cruise that we took in Paris on 8/26. It was so delicious and just not like American butter. Land O' Lakes is dead to me now. Bordier butter is superior in every way!!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! The Smoked Bordier Butter definitely has a very bold and intense flavor, which can be wonderful in cooking but sometimes a bit too powerful just on bread. Since you loved the Salted Paysan Breton and Bordier butters, those are excellent choices for everyday enjoyment.
If you’d like to experiment, the smoked version pairs beautifully when melted over grilled fish, baked potatoes, or even in pasta sauces. It really shines in recipes where the smokiness can complement the dish.
