The butter is wrapped and placed inside insulated liners to keep it fresh and protected during transit, which can make the packets feel a bit tight or harder to open. Using scissors is totally fine, and I’m sorry it was a hassle for you and your guests.

Love everything I have bought from them! I have slowly been converting my pantry over to these wonderful European products and it honestly makes such a big difference! I started out with the truffle Gouda, which is divine. Then I bought some French butter with sea salt crystals, which will be in my pantry forever because I love it! The truffle salt is by far my favorite that I’ve ever tried so far and I’ve had a few of them. Just this past Sunday I bought the Irish cheddar and I was thinking it might be too sharp, but it’s absolutely perfect! Next, I will try the cheddar with caramelized onions! I will probably try something new every week! Thank you for having such delicious, quality products!
