Super excited to receive my very first order, only to have items missing and a broken jar, as well as a lid that popped off and all the truffle honey was in the bottom of the box. Hopefully I will get replacements, little skeptical I will, as customer service is via email only. ***Update*** Not only did I get a lovely email response to mine, but I was also told that they would be replacing the items that had the issue. Not only was it replaced, but I also got it the next day, which is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you are like me, and hope ordering on-line will be hassle free, rest assured that when you order from The French Pantry you will get what you expect along with excellent customer service. The best butter in the world delivered promptly to your door

OMG!!! I can't believe I got my most favorite Butter from France perfectly!!! Score!!! Now I don't have to dream of my FAVORITE FRENCH BUTTER IN THE WORLD!!! The French Pantry rocks!!!! They shipped to me in Hawaii! It all came packed so well and in perfect condition!!!! My fabulous euro cheeses and designer pepper I ordered came perfect too! It was just like it came out of the refrigerator and handed to me! Thank you French Pantry! I am soooooo excited I can now get my favorite French Butter shipped perfectly to Hawaii!!!!! Ohhhhh La La❤️

Excellent product and when I had some problems with the website, the issue was resolved on a Sunday via an email within an hour. That's pretty darn good customer service.

I don’t know what your problem is, but I’m reasonably confident, The butter will improve it!

The truffle butter, onion butter, and pimento butter should probably come with a warning label because they will make you question every other butter you’ve ever eaten.

Now that’s enough about butter.

The canned fish… where do I even begin? I never thought I’d get emotional over sardines, but here we are. These are, without question, the best sardines I’ve ever had. The smaller delicate sardines practically melt in your mouth, the olive oil is phenomenal, and every bite tastes like someone still cares about food.

Everything at The French Pantry is what food used to be before corporations figured out how to make it cheaper, blander, and full of ingredients nobody can pronounce. This isn’t grocery store food with fancy packaging. This is the real deal. Every product feels carefully chosen because it tastes incredible—not because it looks good on a shelf.

And then there’s Vincent. In a world where customer service has become an endangered species, this guy is the real thing. He’s one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet. He came to America, built an incredible business, and now spends his days introducing people to food that actually brings happiness. I love supporting businesses like this.

So yes, it’s worth every penny.

I ordered a bunch of Beurre Bordier and delivery got delayed over the weekend. I was able to get the order replaced and everything went perfectly with that. Excellent customer service! Beurre Bordier is the best butter and you should get it here.

The French Pantry is an Excellent company, ships quickly and has always had the correct sell by date. I bought from my local distributor in PA who removed the sell by date . So now I only buy from the French Pantry and I order in bulk to make the shipping charges less per unit of butter.

Just made an order from them. The first time UPS messed up the shipping and the order didn’t arrived next day so the butter was spoiled. Vincent help me out and was very attentive he took care of everything and wanted to figure out what was the issue with UPS it took a few months to figure out but he reached out later to tell me that had finally figured it out. Made my order it arrived today in perfect conditions. Highly recommend them. Awesome customer service.
