It's made with 100% Italian grapes : Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from late harvest and the best red wine vinegar.

It has the Modena P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication) certification. Modena vinegars have the reputation of being the best in the world.

It is aged for 10 years in oak, chestnut and cherry wood barrels that give its unique aroma. And no caramel is added to develop complex aromatic profiles thanks to slow aging. The barrels are passed down generations making them unique.

Everything is 100% hand-made by this 4 generations old family business.

Red Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has always been one of our most appreciated vinegars. It was born as a bet when our Balsamic Vinegar Master wanted to create the right balance to enhance the delicacy of vegetables.

It’s characterized by a fresh and intense frontal acidity, ables to enhance the notes of oak, cherry and chestnut woods on the palate. Did you know that the aromas of balsamic vinegar depend solely on the woods used for the barrels in which it ages? In fact, Balsamic Vinegar does not contain artificial flavors, but it is precisely the barrels that give the product its characteristic aromatic notes. Quality grapes, wood and time are the ingredients of this unique product!

The density is low, ideal for pairings with cold dishes and raw vegetables. Red Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a balanced sweet and sour profile that makes it ideal both for cold dishes and for marinating white meats.

The vinegar does not expire, and you can safely store it in the kitchen without fear that it will lose quality over time.
