A non-alcoholic sparkling "Blanc de Blancs" made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Coste Blanche plot, a limestone hillside in southern France, blended with 10% white verjus for freshness. Golden with pink highlights, it has an intense nose of roasted mirabelle plum and heather honey. On the palate, a light sweetness meets tangy freshness and a fine, pearly effervescence. Lively and elegant, it suits aperitifs and delicate dishes. Made without fermentation or dealcoholization. Serve well chilled; keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days once opened.
