Their signature gordal olive, first sold at a bustling stand in Barcelona’s Boqueria Market, has become a symbol of bold, simple Spanish snacking. We offer Perelló because it represents everything we value: heritage, honesty, and great taste—perfect on their own or paired with cheese or charcuterie.

First had these olives on a Scotland golf trip down by the ocean…. And we cleared the restaurant out of them by the end of the trip lol.
We tried the brine with different kinds of gins and vodkas and found the best mixture - Hendricks gin. I recommended trying , but buyer beware - it will ruin every other martini you drink…. As nothing will compare. This brine with Hendricks makes the best martini. In. The. World.
I order by the case now lol.

These olives have an amazing taste, plus they are huge. We used them for a charcuterie board night and they help to enhance the flavors of the other foods so nicely. These are my favorite olives.
