To make our stewed sardine preserves, we select small catches and clean them carefully, one by one. Once they are clean, they are floured and fried. We pack them manually. Then we add our stew of onion, pepper, garlic, etc. and sterilize them in the autoclave.

Ingredients : Sardines (fish), olive oil, tomato, onion, pepper, wine, wheat flour (gluten) and salt.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place / Once opened, consume immediately.
