Red Dragon is a smooth, firm cheddar made with Welsh brown ale and mustard seeds. It offers a rich, buttery flavor with a mild spiciness and just the right amount of bite. The mustard seeds not only enhance the flavor but also add a unique texture, while the brown ale gives the cheese a moist, tangy quality.
